IF YOU SEE SOMEONE ON YOUR FLOOR THAT YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE, ASK IF THEY NEED ASSISTANCE. IF THEY ACT SUSPICIOUS OR NERVOUS, THEN ASK FOR PICTURE IDENTIFICATION. IF THEIR ANSWER IS QUESTIONABLE, PLEASE CONTACT  564-0200 IMMEDIATELY.

Message 2:

AFTER HOURS ACCESS:  ( 6:00 p.m. TO 6:00 a.m.)

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW YOUR COMPANY OR BUILDING ID AND SIGN IN.

IF AN INDIVIDUAL GETS ON THE ELEVATOR WITH YOU AND YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THEM, PLEASE DIRECT THEM TO THE NORTH CONSOLE TO SIGN IN.

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING ALARMED DOOR CONTACTS ON B-1, LOBBY, AND SECOND FLOOR STAIRWELL DOORS #1 AND #2.  THIS WILL ALERT  ACCESS CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE WHEN THESE DOORS HAVE BEEN OPENED.

THESE STAIRWELL DOORS WILL BE ALARMED MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 6:00p.m. TO 6:00a.m. AND ALL HOURS SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS (ALL CLOSED CONDITIONS).

MESSAGE 3:

THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE AND EXIT GATES ARE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES ONLY.

IF AN INDIVIDUAL APPROACHES THE GARAGE TO WALK IN, PLEASE DIRECT THEM TO THE FOURTH STREET ENTRANCE.

WE HAVE OBSERVED PARKERS USING THEIR PARKING PASSES TO WALK THROUGH THE GARAGE GATES INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH THE LOBBY  TO ATTEND A DOWNTOWN EVENT.

PARKERS ATTENDING ANY DOWNTOWN EVENT, NEED TO EXIT THE GARAGE THROUGH THE LOBBY INSTEAD OF USING THEIR PARKING PASS TO EXIT OR ENTER THE GARAGE GATES. THIS ACTION ALLOWS ACCESS TO THE BUILDING FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.
