The Atrium Two Building is a Class "A", twenty-eight-story office building of approximately 800,000 gross square feet. The building is located in the Central Business District of Cincinnati, Ohio at the corner of Fourth Street and Sycamore Street. A stepped roof, five story Winter Garden greenhouse structure links the Atrium Two Building with its sister building, Atrium One. Extensive interior and exterior landscaping and flower rotations provide a breathtaking and extremely unique environment in the local market.
There are two main entrances into the building from Fourth Street. The first is at the Northeast corner of the block. One is immediately greeted by a member of the Access Control Service and visually impressed by the new North Console and mammoth travertine walls. This is the "office" portion of the building as access to the high and mid-rise elevators is directly inside of the front door. The second entrance is mid-block and is an easement through the building. This is the hospitality area of the lobby and as mentioned earlier, is an aesthetic sight to behold. Over the last few years, management has attempted to further warm up this area and continues to make improvements to the overall appearance. Traffic flow is excellent. With the skywalk linkage through the main lobby (public easement) and the office portion being further east, visitors and tenants have a natural feel and flow through the facility.
One of Atrium Two's greatest strengths is its visibility. As one of the only high rise buildings with full exterior floodlights, Atrium Two illuminates the night sky and shines like a Crown Jewel of the Queen City. The champagne colored precast, recently cleaned, is unique, regal and unmistakably characteristic of the Class A block on which it sits. Atrium Two proudly
flies the largest American Flag in the City. Southern views are most impressive, with Northern and Eastern views not far behind.
