The Atrium Two management staff can be reached by calling 564-0200. Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours, the telephone will be answered by the Access Control Staff. In case of an emergency, they will reach the management staff.

Barry Guggenheimer - Maintenance Technician - Handles all calls for maintenance on second shift.
Rick Lanich - Maintenance Technician - Handles all calls for plumbing and electrical problems.
Steve Sheanshang - Construction Service Coordinator - Coordinates all construction,
handles keying and construction estimates for tenant improvements.
Leslie Hendricks - Property Administrator - Coordination of the staffs�
response to accounts receivables and payables.
